It looks nothing like the picture. For one it's L shaped, not V shaped, and for another it's about half as fluffy as the picture. The package didn't come with return instructions so I had to call customer service to find out their policy. It took several days to get a response from them (after dealing with answering machines and e-mail), and I was told I can get a %100 refund but I have to pay for shipping. I'm content with returning the pillow to get my money back, I only wish that the pillow would have shown up as advertised (V-shaped, big and fluffy) so I wouldn't have to return it at all.
