These sheets are very soft and nice, and a good value for the money, which is why I am giving them 4 stars. But they are NOT 1200 thread count sheets, and there is no statement on the packaging as to their actual thread count. I'm not sure where they even get 1200 thread count listed here, as the packaging claims the feel of a 1500 count. The sheets do fit well and we like them.
