I just received this today, and I am still doing a happy dance! The plush look of this faux fur throw is so real I'm a little suspicious of it's origins :-) .......I was thinking of ordering a couple more, but now they aren't available! We did take it out on the deck and shook it really well before bringing it back in the house, for it was indeed shedding quite a bit. I suspect that will not really be an ongoing problem, though, from the way it looks now. It will only be used on the end of a daybed in an ornamental fashion, not as something to be wrapped up in on a daily basis (although I think it would stand up under those conditions as well).
