100% Natural Latex Topper 3" Queen Size Review

I ordered this particular topper because it was listed as having an ILD of 24-28, medium firm, which has been hard to find. I have a medium soft already (22-24) and was hoping for something a bit firmer. This one that I received today is actually softer than the soft one that I have. This one honestly feels like something in the range of 14-18.
SO, if you are looking for a very soft topper, then this may be for you. But it should be listed as such. On the plus side, I received it w/in a day or two of placing the order and it was wrapped very well. Just highly disappointed that it isn't a medium firm as advertised. It also does not feel like a 5.5 lb density. I have another in the house with a 5 lb density and this one feels like a 4.

I would like to add that this is a quality piece of natural latex. It simply was too soft for me. I already purchased a natural Talalay topper which is very soft for another family member and was hoping that this product, because it is a Dunlop and also higher ILD, that it would be firm enough but unfortunately it was not. If you are looking for something to soften up an extra firm mattress then this would be a good choice. I was looking for something a bit firmer.
I will also add that their customer service was very good.
