I loved this product when it first arrived. It was placed on brand new carpet, never moved, treated gently, and never punctured. After the first month (the warranty is 30 days) it started to slowly deflate each day. It wasn't significant so I didn't worry about it, just filled it up again. Now it will not stay inflated for more than a few hours. It's going in the trash because they won't accept a return and it's now useless. Unless you plan to use this item no more than once a year, buy something else. I wasted $60.
