No major defects on the item received. There are 2 shams included (no pillows). I wasn't sure how it was reversible based on the description but basically, there is one design on one side of the sham and another on the other side (i thought i had to turn the thing inside out but you don't; just flip them over). The flower design is stitched in; the circle design is not. Cloth is somewhat thin and it's not the softest thing in the world but that doesn't bother me as they are mainly for decoration.

The seller was super quick in mailing out this item. Arrived a lot earlier than I expected. Despite having to pay for shipping, they still had very cheap prices compared to other shams being sold through amazon.
