This is a beautiful blanket. It was a nice surprise that the brown label on the blanket's right hand bottom corner is leather (or leather-like), not just fabric. I just thought that was fun.

I turned the heat off during the day yesterday and accidentally left it off overnight, and under this blanket, we weren't even cold with the house at 61 degrees. I wish I were still in bed instead of at work.

This is the second one of this style I have purchased. First one has been in use for over three years and is still in perfect shape. My horses do not wear them daily but they have them on about 1/4 of the winter. Will continue to get these in the future. Reasonable price and the belly wrap and velcro works wonderfully.

Just put this on my bed and I'm very disappointed. I have a standard king size mattress and the king size comforter is too small. It is smaller than the top of the mattress. There is no overhang at all, which might be fine if you're sleeping alone. I can see my husband and I getting into a tug-of-war match with this comforter in the middle of the night. Shouldn't the comforter be larger than the top of the mattress?
