Center of the "wishbone" does not fill the gap between the headrest and top of the seat----exactly where it is needed. Even with the headrest pushed down and flush with the top of the seat, the pillow does not fill the gap. I need a pillow to support the back of my neck, but it does not come in contact at all with the center of the pillow. The elastic band at the back of the pillow fits around the headrest posts. It cannot be attached to the headrest itself, because contact with the head moves the pillow out of place, and eventually off the headrest. Buy it if you need to support the lateral movement of the head, otherwise, don't. The enclosed velcro tie has nothing to do with the headrest---it is used to bundle cable. Why? Don't know.
