I have bought and used a lot of different kinds of pillows, from $5 to $200.

Car Seats: Recaro bucket seats, headrest not adjustable.

I could never get quite comfortable with COSMOS. Pillow is too firm, stiff, kind of slippery, does not contour, conform or form fit my neck. I agree with the other reviewer who stated it is "too puffy". Sure you can pull out some of the stuffing and that would help a little but not nearly good enough. Pillow looks sharp. Leather looks really nice and looks of quality with its nice zippers in the back and evenly perforated pores; though: I believe this particular leather covering makes the pillow worse since it will not stretch, hence be less prone to contour to my neck. My strap had tears and looked like it "could" rip further and fall apart with more usage.

On the headrest in my car I am currently using on a daily basis- "Memory foam- Car Neck Pillow (Soft Version)(color-black) from TravelMate" bought through Amazon for $12.95. I just ordered another one. TravelMate pillow is simply amazing! It does everything for me that COSMOS does not. TravelMate car pillow is the closest to perfection as I have ever experienced.

Ironically the firmness of the COSMOS pillow is a great use for me when I take my recently frequent naps in the back seat of my car. I place COSMOS pillow on top of a large rolled up beach towel. Thanks to COSMOS it makes me realize that I need a regular sized firm neck pillow for my naps in my car. COSMOS still deserves 2 stars because their intended use is for a car neck pillow and I think it does a poor job at that when you consider TravelMate.

My neck is very finicky- I like and need varying kinds of support for different situations for my neck or else I get headaches.
