The return policy for Feeling Pampered seems strict, but is well defined. You remove the sheets from the packaging, you can't return them. However, there is an exception for opening the package to feel a pillowcase. I'm not thrilled with this policy because you can't tell if there's a defect in the manufacture without removing the sheets.

My case - the sheets were perfect. There were no lose threads or signs of issues in the seems. They are very comfortable. In 6 months, if these sheets still seem perfect I might be getting a second set from Feeling Pampered, just to have some variety of colors.
