The set is pretty--- of good quality. The blue is an icy aqua and it is all very elegant looking. I think this will hold up very well-- I've been searching for weeks for the perfect comforter set and this one is ideal. It is not thin but actually has some nice filling to it--- especially looks nice with my down comforter beneath it. HOWEVER, the description implies that the Euro shams are included. I would not have purchased this had I known this ahead of time as the other set I was looking at getting had them included.

UPDATE: This comforter has held up well thus far, though there is some minor pilling that is really only noticeable if you press your face very closely. I also have 2 large dogs who I sometimes let snuggle with me (to my husbands dismay) on the bed. There has been no snagging or catching of the threads. It is still beautiful and I'm very happy with the quality. We are preparing to upgrade to a king sized bed and I will happily buy another croscill set.
