I admit I had second thoughts after placing this order because from the picture shown I really couldn't tell the size of the pattern, or hue of colors very well.I was half-expecting to return it upon receipt.

I am so glad I took a risk and ordered this -- I just received it today, and it is truly stunning. Turns out the picture shown is a large portion of the spread, and there is a beautiful gold tone to the tapestry that adds a dreamy look to it. I'll accent with cream, gold, and light brown for the winter - and then perhaps match the red and blue hues to give it a fun look during the summertime.

I was looking for something very light because I live in Texas. During the winter it's not uncommon for temperatures to be 40 degrees one day, and 70 the next. And I was really annoyed at tossing a quilt on the bed and having to fold it all up and put it away every other day. This is a perfect solution because it is very light in weight and not only can I add layers underneath for the cooler winter nights, but I can also keep it on the bed during the hot months of summer, when it's not uncommon to experience 110 degree nights.

There was also a hand-written thank you note included with my order. Not only was it a nice touch, but it also added a bit of meaning to this piece of art, knowing that a real person created it and honestly appreciated my business.
