I ordered these sheets as an upgrade to a set of 1000 TC sheets I have. These feel thinner and like a polyester blend. There is no way they are 1500 TC. The package says 100% Egyptian Cotton but the tag on the sheets says it is a blend. On a good note, the fit is great. They fit my pillow top king size bed fine. I would not buy these again.
